ValerieDOUGANOn the 10th May 2026, suddenly at Dumfries Infirmary, Valerie (Val) Dougan, nee Combe, of Balmoral Road, Dumfries, beloved wife of the late Michael, adored Mum of Emma and Louise, treasured Nana of Hari, and a dear friend to many.
Service at Roucan Loch Crematorium on Monday 25th May at 3.00pm. All friends are respectfully invited to attend.
Family flowers only please, donations if desired to Hari's Voluntary Work in Cambodia can be given at the service in memory of Val.
